Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9kbss governing all use of the 9kbss platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and arcade products. By creating a 9kbss account or using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 9kbss Platform. Creating or attempting to create duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 9kbss reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9kbss account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. 9kbss will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you and will be binding upon you.
You must notify 9kbss support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. 9kbss shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to promptly notify us of a suspected breach.
KYC Verification: 9kbss is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of Players before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents and any additional documentation reasonably requested by 9kbss as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal processing delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
All 9kbss account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9kbss does not conduct foreign currency conversion and you should not be required to convert funds at any stage of a transaction on the Platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, subject to KYC verification requirements. 9kbss reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure they have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds before withdrawal of funds derived from bonus activity is permitted.
9kbss does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges outside of 9kbss's control. 9kbss is not responsible for any such third-party charges.
Deposited funds that are not the product of gambling activity may be subject to a one-time wagering requirement prior to withdrawal, as an anti-money laundering compliance measure. 9kbss will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed through the 9kbss Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, or arcade), as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product.
9kbss offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments), football, basketball, tennis, UFC, and other sports. All odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding. In-play bets are accepted at the current live odds at the moment of bet placement. 9kbss reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a manifest error in odds pricing has occurred, where a market is affected by verifiable corruption, or where a system error has resulted in an incorrect settlement.
All casino games and slot titles available on the 9kbss Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions. 9kbss is not responsible for game disruptions caused by your internet connection or device failure during a game round; in such cases 9kbss will apply its standard game interruption policy, which is to settle interrupted rounds based on the last recorded server-side game state.
Crash games, dice, and other arcade titles on the 9kbss Platform operate on provably fair algorithms. Game results are determined server-side and are not influenced by the Player's device. The outcome of each arcade game round is final once the round concludes on the 9kbss server, regardless of any display inconsistency on the Player's device arising from connectivity issues.
9kbss may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kbss Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, all winnings derived from such conduct forfeited, and relevant information reported to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All content on the 9kbss Platform, including but not limited to the 9kbss brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 9kbss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the 9kbss Platform without the prior written consent of 9kbss.
The 9kbss Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kbss makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the Platform, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
In no event shall 9kbss be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings arising from Platform unavailability. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 9kbss's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling involves financial risk. 9kbss is not liable for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that the outcome of all games and bets is uncertain. No outcome is guaranteed. The 9kbss Platform is provided as entertainment only.
9kbss is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their 9kbss account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 9kbss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, has provided false information during registration or KYC, or if continued account operation presents a regulatory compliance risk to 9kbss. In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player through their verified payment method, less any amounts representing winnings or bonuses derived from the prohibited conduct.
A Player may close their 9kbss account at any time by submitting a written closure request to 9kbss support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9kbss holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to 9kbss's internal disputes resolution process by submitting a written complaint to 9kbss support. 9kbss undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within seventy-two (72) hours and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.
Where a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may refer the matter to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in your 9kbss licence documentation. The decision of the ADR body shall be binding on 9kbss and, upon acceptance by the Player, binding on the Player.
9kbss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their 9kbss account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the 9kbss Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always available on the 9kbss website and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect.
